This dream was born a long time ago, in a far-off country, and transported 6000 miles to this corner of Scotland. From the first moment I saw this property in 2013, I knew this was where the dream would become a reality.
The dream that became a reality. A great many people worked very hard to make this happen - every one of them is a part of the story and has given a small piece of themselves to the building. It is indeed a happy place !

Born and brought up in Zimbabwe, surrounded by acres of open space, I grew up in the company of a varying number of dogs, cats and horses. Dogs are my first love and the animals with whom I feel most connected. I try to listen to what they are telling me as they themselves will guide me how best to care for them while they are here.

Following a break from my grooming work, in 2023 I started helping out in the office, dealing with the myriad enquiries and bookings. As well as attending to our prospective customers on their Meet & Greet visits, and facilitating dropoffs and collections for our arriving and departing guests, I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to continue to support the whole team at Moss Croft in an administrative capacity.

I started working at Moss Croft back in October 2019. When I began working here, I wasn’t quite sure which career route I was going to go down except it was going to involve dogs! It became obvious from fairly early on that my passion was for working alongside the vast array of dogs we care for and observing how they each respond to being in a kennel environment. Since then, I have decided to wander down the road of canine behaviour and I am currently doing my Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Behaviour at the University of Aberdeen.

Despite owning three cats, I've found that I absolutely adore working alongside dogs and discovering all the varying shapes, sizes and personalities that they come in! Getting the opportunity to make meaningful connections with all our furry guests is the perfect way to live life!

I moved to Scotland from California 10 years ago now. I fell in love with hiking this beautiful countryside when I moved here, so I got a pup to keep me company on my adventures. Then I got another pup because ... well, I love dogs! And now here I am, living my best life getting to work with all kinds of dogs and helping them to enjoy their experience when they are away from their families.
