Our purpose-built Treatment Room offers a calm, light and modern environment in which your dog can be pampered and helped to feel simply fabulous. Our groomers have a wealth of experience with all manner of breeds, ages and temperaments. From Chihuahuas to Newfoundlands, we use up-to-date equipment and techniques to ensure your dog receives the right attention for their breed, coat type, temperament and pawsonal requirements, so you can rest assured they are in the best hands.
If you have any particular requests, or know that your dog likes / dislikes certain elements of being groomed, then please let us know. Our primary motivation is what’s best for your dog and we work hard to minimise stress and promote the positives. Dogs are given toilet breaks during their groom if it is likely to be an extended time on the grooming table, and a ready supply of drinking water and treats are on hand - if your dog wants or needs particular treats, perhaps because they are on a special diet, please bring these with you and we’ll be happy to give those instead.
We are able to offer introductory appointments for puppies, first timers or nervous dogs, so if your dog thinks going to the groomer is like going to the dentist, give us a call and see if we can change their mind.
As each dog is an individual and so are their needs, we will happily provide you with an estimate of the cost of their groom over the phone. We can then confirm or amend the quotation once we have met your dog and we are able to assess their condition and discuss your requirements. That way you can be sure you are paying the best price for the best groom!
